In less than 10 hours I shall be entering the US Embassy in London to interview for the renewal my "temporary" work visa for the last time! Wish me luck, cross your fingers....and if you know anyone who can swing it....make a phone call please.

![]() Putting together my schedule of Olympic watching on TV....lots of Fencing and Judo Finals in the next few days. looking forward to some GBR Gold medals in Rowing and Cycling as well! I am definitely very excited to watch as much as possible and to cheer on my country and any Bruins competing in the next few weeks! "May joy and good fellowship reign, and in this manner, may the Olympic Torch pursue its way through ages, increasing friendly understanding among nations, for the good of a humanity always more enthusiastic, more courageous and more pure" Baron De Coubertin (father of Modern Olympic Games) ![]() Leaving LA for London today. Friday marks the first day of the Olympics in my hometown and also my interview appointment at the US Embassy to renew my visa for the last time ever! I plan on spending alot of time at the Olympic Village, plus head to the Semi Finals of Men's and Women's Taekwondo on August 10th! Other plans include, going to see two James Bond exhibitions (50 years of style and all the cars from the movies!), visiting the Harry Potter film site exhibition and watching Bullet play with 'The Firm'. Will try to see as many old friends possible (Old man Revel, Bishops etc...) and will try to meet up with my first martial arts instructor Ian Gualdie and train with him again. I will also be looking to train as much as I can with Bob Breen and possibly some teaching in my home town of Chalfont St. Peter. Stay tuned for more updates on my trip and cross your fingers for me on Friday :) The British Ninja. |
